Catherine Bastedo is a Holographic-Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, speaker, author and leader of retreats. She helps clients develop their Inner Guidance using a holistic, intuitive approach. Catherine uses archetypes, myth and nature totems to help her clients release and transmute old patterns, and restore balance on all levels. Having worked many years as a executive in leadership and counselling roles, she is able to empathize with and assist people seeking relief from stressful situations and busy lives. Catherine teaches Reiki, offers individual sessions, and leads spiritual retreats in Muskoka, Ontario and Sedona, Arizona that facilitate health on all levels.
